As a Business Navigation Manager, you play a critical role in driving growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability of the business. You will act as a strategic business partner, connecting insights, data, and commercial priorities to guide decision-making across the organisation.

What You’ll Do?
- Partner closely with the Store Manager to shape and drive the Market Business Plan, aligned with IKEA direction and local opportunities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
- Drive performance follow-up, ensuring teams stay focused on goals and take action on deviations
- Translate business strategies into clear financial insights and impactful decisions
- Lead scenario planning to enable fast, data-driven responses in a changing environment
- Analyse investments, costs, and business opportunities to ensure strong return on investment
- Deliver actionable insights through reports, performance analysis, and collaboration with data teams
- Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements, leveraging benchmarking and digital tools
- Drive a cost-conscious and performance-driven culture across the market
- Lead, coach, and develop the Business Navigation team while building capabilities across functions

Experience & Knowledge

- Familiarity with project management and business transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of IKEA business tools, processes, and ways of working
