Job Description
The Dentist is responsible for the delivery of a high standard of basic, emergency, and preventative dental care.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Delivery of routine (outpatient) and emergency dental treatment
· Liaise with other medical staff to ensure continuity of care
· Ensures that all medical records are properly kept and maintained
· Provision of clinical reporting into Regional Medical Director.
· Support clinical mentoring for staff development
· Ensure best practice in line with clinical guidelines and SOPs
· Support the clinical excellence framework under direction from the Regional Medical Director.
· Provide liaison with external agencies where required to promote chain of care continuity and professional referral/patient handover
Qualifications
- Qualified Dental Practitioner with a minimum of 3 Years post qualification experience.
- Currently registered and licensed to practice medicine and apply specialty independently in own country or another EU member state.
Additional Information
Rotations are typically 8 weeks on duty and 8 weeks off duty. Flights, food and accommodation are provided whilst on duty at the project site.
