Contracts & Commercial Manager

Job Description

• Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of the project
• Handle claims, variations, and contractual correspondence
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs, risks, and commercial performance
• Support project leadership in dispute resolution and cost control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 10–15 years experience in contracts/commercial roles
• Contracting / construction industry experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in GCC/KSA construction environment
• Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and variations
• Experience in building / fit-out / MEP projects preferred
