Procurement Manager

Job Description

• Lead procurement activities for materials, subcontractors, and services
• Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedule
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams for technical approvals
• Optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred
• 10–15 years procurement experience in construction projects
• Contracting / construction industry experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in technical procurement (fit-out / MEP preferred)
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Experience in GCC construction projects is an advantage
