What you’ll do…

Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
Know your product and systems inside out, from spirits and beer, wine and coffee.
Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily.
Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
Actively participate in the creation of new cocktails.
Have a perfect knowledge of the different alcohols and cocktails served and the desire and hunger to learn more.
Ensure the cleanliness of your workplace and hygiene and food safety (HACCP).
Support the Baristas with making the best coffees in town.
