We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Candidate Manager / Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing specialist Sales & Marketing Practice in Sydney.

About the Team

Working in our Sydney office, your role will involve the sourcing and management of candidates for a range of contract and permanent Sales & Marketing vacancies within the SaaS Technology, Media and AdTech industries. 

You will report directly to an Account Director (with 18 years of recruitment experience) and work alongside one of our best Account Executives, who is also a strong team player.

As a team, they made close to 50 placements this Financial Year.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Account Director and team to:

  • Source, screen, and manage candidates across Sales, Marketing and IT.
  • Write engaging job ads and build LinkedIn search projects
  • Conduct interviews and present shortlists to clients
  • Manage offers, onboarding, and ongoing contractor care
  • Support administrative and client coordination tasks

This is a hands-on, people-facing role - ideal for someone proactive, organised, and who thrives in a social, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • Sales experience in B2B or B2C environments (hospitality, retail, etc.)
  • Recruitment experience is a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with people
  • Strong attention to detail and process
  • Strong drive and work ethic with proven track record of achieving KPI’s and targets
  • High energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset
