- 及时反馈部件问题,追踪供应商产品质量问题的分析及改进;
- 定期分析供应商的质量问题,持续改进供应商质量表现;
- 定期发布供应商分析报告,为相关各部门提供数据支持;
- 依据审批的审核计划,实施供应商定期审核和评价;
- 支持新产品开发,对供应商的新产品进行认证;
- 支持本地采购开发新供应商,对新供应商进行认证和改进;
- 控制质量成本,达成年度COPQ目标;
- 部门领导依据业务需求临时分配的工作;
- Timely feedback component non-conformance and track the supplier’s analysis and improvement for that.
- Regularly analyze the quality issues of suppliers and continuously improve their quality performance.
- Release supplier analysis reports to provide data support for relevant departments.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of suppliers in accordance with the approved audit plan.
- Support the development of new products and certify new products from suppliers.
- Support local procurement in developing new suppliers, and certify and improve new suppliers.
- Control poor quality costs and achieve the annual COPQ goals.
- Work assigned by department leaders based on business needs.
职位要求
- 工科专业本科以上学历,机械专业背景为佳
- 熟练使用办公软件,例如:Office excel, PPT;SAP等
- 熟悉机械制图和PID图纸,包括英文图纸和技术要求
- 能够使用基本的测量工具,如卡尺,千分尺,PMI等
- 丰富的质量工具使用经验及质量改进经验,熟悉并应用过以下方法:FMEA、CP、PPAP、GR&R、8D, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Pareto Analysis, etc.
- 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系
- 熟悉如下过程的一个或多个,例如焊接、机加工、铸造、锻造、研磨或装配
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, with a background in mechanical engineering preferred.
- Proficient in using Office software, such as Excel and PPT; SAP, etc.
- Familiar with mechanical drawing and PID drawings, including English drawings and technical requirements.
- Be capable of using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, PMI, etc.
- Rich experience in using quality tools and quality improvement, familiar with and applied the following methods: FMEA、CP、PPAP、GR&R、8D, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Pareto Analysis, etc.
- Familiar with the ISO9001 quality management system.
- Be familiar with one or more of the following processes, such as welding, machining, casting, forging, grinding, or assembly.
