Refurbishment Engineer

职位描述

• To carry out returned seal repair, failure analysis.
• 主要负责维修中心密封修复、失效分析工作。
• To support customer field service request.
• 客户现场服务支持，完成销售的服务申请。
• To manage daily service center operation, fixed asset and tools.
• 维修中心运营5S管理，资产及各种工具管理。
• To carry out seal disassembly, check, report etc.
• 负责机封的拆解、检查、以及报告等密封相关工作.
• Carry out seal faces calibration, and make repair plan based on drawing, SOP.
• 依据图纸、SOP来检测制定密封动静环校核及修复计划
• To create failure analysis report when needed
• 当需要时,依据返回机封做故障分析报告.
• To repair the components manually when required.
• 基本的手动加工零件的能力,当维修中心需要时.
• To make metal parts repair plan based on SOP
• 制定密封金属件修复计划.
• To maintain the equipment and make record.
• 依据设备维护程序,及时正确地维护设备,并正确填写维护记录表.
• To be responsible for 5S in service center assigned area.
• 遵守车间5S原则,保持车间整洁,场清料净,各类工具用后要及时归位.
• Comply with EHS policy.
• 遵守公司EHS制度,正确穿戴和使用PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.
• 公司安排的其他工作。

职位要求

• Mechanical Engineering or Chemical machinery
• 全日制统招本科及以上，机械设计及自动化、化工机械、过程装备与控制工程、热能动力工程、流体机械
• At least 3 years’ in plant process systems and equipment operation or design knowledge
• 一般需要至少3年过程工业设备维护、管理或设计经验。
• Knowledge and experience of rotating equipment, such as pump, or compressor
• 旋转设备知识和经验，包括泵或压缩机。
• Good hands on experience and skills
• 较好的动手操作能力和经验。
• Good problem solving skills, logically.
• 较好的问题解决能力，逻辑性强。
