About the role
We are hiring a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant (Supply Chain focus) for a growing ERP consultancy in Graz, Austria, part of a larger industrial group. You will design and deliver D365 F&O solutions for manufacturing and supply chain clients. Hybrid in Graz (up to 3 home-office days), with occasional international roll-out travel. English is the working language, and German is also needed.
What you will do
• Translate complex business requirements into Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
• Design, configure, and implement SCM, Manufacturing, and Master Planning modules
• Lead workshops and training for end-users and stakeholders
• Manage data migration, integration, customising, and issue resolution
• Advise clients on best practices and upcoming F&O features
• Work in agile delivery (Azure DevOps, two-week sprints) and support ERP standardisation during cloud migration
What you bring
• 3+ years hands-on D365 F&O implementation (SCM, Manufacturing, or Master Planning)
• Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing BOMs and intercompany supply chains
• Fluent German and English (B2+)
• Willingness to travel internationally in planned waves
• Self-organisation and consultative communication
Nice to have
• AX 2012 or other ERP experience
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications
• Broader business-process optimisation expertise
