As we expand our technical office and take on more high end projects, we're looking for a Tendering and Cost Control Engineer to own pricing and cost from the first quote to the final number.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Tendering and Cost Control Engineer to own the commercial side of our projects as the technical office grows. You'll source prices, compare offers, negotiate with contractors and suppliers, and keep a tight grip on cost from start to finish. This is a numbers role with real ownership. The work is internal and detailed, with no client meetings, just clean pricing and disciplined cost control on premium projects. If you come from a civil or architectural background and you've priced high end finishing before, this is the role.

Your Day-to-Day

• Get prices from suppliers and contractors, and build a clear picture of what every project should cost

• Compare offers properly, at least four per scope, and know why one wins over another

• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers, and close agreements that protect the budget

• Own pricing and estimation across projects, from early tender to final submission

• Audit costs throughout the project and control them, catching overruns before they grow

• Keep cost data, quotes, and agreements organized, accurate, and easy to track

• Work closely with the technical team so pricing matches what's actually being built

What You Bring

• 4+ years in tendering, estimation, or cost control, with a civil or architectural engineering degree

• Real experience pricing high end finishing work, ideally on villas and premium residential projects

• A strong eye for numbers and detail, with the discipline to keep costs under control

• Solid knowledge of suppliers, contractors, and market pricing for finishing materials and works

• Confident negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and getting better terms without losing quality

• You're precise, you document properly, and you follow through without being chased
