As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate functions and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
- Support the management team in liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Help coordinate event logistics including venue setup, equipment, and transportation.
- Assist in preparing event materials such as signage, giveaways, and seating arrangements.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and handle any issues that arise.
Qualifications
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
