Job Description : We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and lasting impression. This role involves managing the front desk operations, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
