Senior Associate, Investor Delivery

Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will:

• Perform daily quality checks on key operational tasks such as investor onboarding, trade processing, reporting, and cash movements to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients by handling day-to-day queries (via email or calls), ensuring requests are resolved within agreed service timelines (SLAs), and escalating issues when needed.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal teams, ensuring clear, accurate, and professional communication; support colleagues in drafting and reviewing responses where required.
• Guide and support team members in completing daily operational tasks, sharing knowledge and helping resolve issues based on prior experience.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss workload, highlight risks or issues, and share updates or process improvements.
• Assist management with ongoing projects, process improvements, and risk mitigation activities alongside daily responsibilities.
• Consistently demonstrate company values in daily interactions with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred or relevant experience

• 3-4 years experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client service

• Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities an asset

• Existing client/customer service experience would be ideal

• Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel would be an asset
