Senior Associate, BPO, Technology & Onboarding

Job Description

This is a mix of operations, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination, focused on making onboarding faster, smoother, and more efficient. Reporting to the Associate Director you will: 

• Manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth setup and integration experience.
• Work closely with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to support client and business needs.
• Investigate and resolve onboarding and system-related issues, helping to deliver excellent client service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor onboarding activity and provide updates on progress, risks, and key metrics.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Support the Team Lead by taking on leadership responsibilities when required, helping to ensure continuity, high service standards, and effective team delivery.
• Support and share knowledge with team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in systems, data, and process improvement.
• Proven experience in client onboarding, post-trade operations, or financial technology, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex integration projects, at least 2 years. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications or relevant postgraduate study is a plus.
