Buying Assistant Private Label (all genders)

Job Description

• Support the Buying and Design teams in their daily administrative and operational business
• Assist in confirming order quantities, sales prices, and assortment planning
• Support the analysis of product line performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate closely with the Design team to develop seasonal pricing strategies that align profitability and margin targets
• Contribute to sourcing activities and support the product development process from concept to market launch
• Participate in customer and competitor analyses to identify trends and market opportunities

Qualifications

• University degree in Textile Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study, or a similar qualification
• Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured and organized way of working with a strong affinity for administrative tasks
• Passionate about fashion and e-commerce
• Highly motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach
• Good German and excellent English skills, both written and spoken
