Architect

Optimal, on behalf of its client, an Architectural office, is seeking to recruit a motivated and creative Architect Engineer to be based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Produce 2D architectural drawings across all project phases.
• Develop 3D models and visual presentations.
• Guide and coordinate the design process.
• Monitor project documentation, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications:

• Degree (Diploma/Master’s) in Architecture.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
• 5+ years of experience in design & project management.
• Previous involvement in large-scale projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office.
• Knowledge of Revit and/or BIM coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with Greek Planning Regulations (NOK)
• Organizational skills and team spirit personality
