### Responsibilities
Corporate M&A and Transaction Execution: Play key role in underwriting, diligence, and execution of M&A deals, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to close transactions efficiently.Private Equity and Venture Capital Support: Manage private investment activities including PE fund participation and VC investments in construction tech, providing financial oversight and strategic guidance to portfolio companies.Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain advanced financial models such as LBO and DCF to underpin deal underwriting, investment thesis validation, and scenario planning.Strategic Opportunity Assessment: Assess new M&A and private investment prospects, preparing detailed presentations and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
