As the Legal team, we support all areas of Fever by offering clear advice, risk management, and legal insight that allow teams to move quickly and stay focused on what matters. We ensure alignment with local laws and regulations to support safe and compliant growth wherever Fever operates.

Our team is structured in: Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures, Privacy, and Paralegal Support. Together, we cover the full legal landscape to meet the needs of a growing global business like Fever.

Our objective is to protect the Fever brand and confidential information. We do this by guiding regulatory compliance and business expansion, handling legal complaints and disputes, reviewing and creating legal documents, managing incident reports and insurance claims, and developing and advising on corporate policies.

What You'll Do

• Support Fever’s Legal, GRC & Policy Team by providing legal and operational assistance across a wide range of Legal Operations activities.

• Manage contract administration and signature processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely execution, and efficient document tracking.

• Assist with entity management, corporate governance activities, compliance monitoring, and related administrative processes.

• Prepare, organize, maintain, and update legal documentation, records, and filing systems while ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

• Utilize legal technology tools and internal systems to support workflow management, document execution, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate legal and business activities across multiple jurisdictions.

• Support process optimization initiatives, knowledge-sharing practices, and Legal Operations workflows to improve team efficiency and scalability.

• Contribute to ad-hoc legal, compliance, governance, and operational projects as needed.

• Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the implementation of best practices across the Legal function.

• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, provide support, and contribute to a strong and collaborative team culture.

This position will be hybrid and based in Madrid or Mexico DF.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in a professional environment.

• Experience supporting legal, compliance, corporate governance, or operational teams is a plus, but we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Additional languages such as Swedish, German, Arabic, Greek, Turkish, or Mandarin Chinese are highly valued.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management and multitasking skills.

• Strong critical-thinking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with diverse teams and external stakeholders.

• Strong cultural awareness, empathy, and collaborative mindset.

• Comfortable working with digital tools and interested in leveraging legal technology to improve processes.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, e-signature platforms, legal tech tools, or AI-powered productivity tools is a plus.

• Self-directed, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
