Onboarding Specialist - Client Welcome Calls (Healthcare/Mental Health)
Posted 12 days ago
Our users are psychiatrists and mental health clinicians — so we're looking for someone who can speak comfortably and credibly with a clinical, professional audience.
We're looking for a warm, articulate person to run short (15-minute) onboarding calls for new users of our platform. This is a healthcare-adjacent product, so we'd love someone with a clinical or mental-health-related background — a psychiatric nurse, nursing student, psychology/social work student, or similar — who's comfortable speaking knowledgeably and reassuringly with a professional clinical audience.
What you'll do:
- Run scheduled 15-minute video calls with new users shortly after they sign up
- Walk them through a short demo report using a script and talking points we provide
- Answer common questions confidently and warmly
- Flag anything outside your scope appropriately (we'll give you clear guidance on this)
- Log brief notes after each call
What we're looking for:
- A genuinely warm, calm, clear communicator — this is the most important quality
- Background in nursing, psychology, social work, or a related field (current students welcome)
- Comfortable on video calls with clinicians and professionals you've just met
- Reliable availability for scheduled call slots
- Strong spoken English
Details:
- Part-time / contract — $20 paid per call
- Fully remote, any timezone considered
- Training provided — we'll walk you through our script, the demo report, and likely questions before your first real call
- Immediate start
If this sounds like you, please apply with a short note on your background and why this role appeals to you, along with your proposed rate per call. We may ask shortlisted candidates to do a brief practice call as part of the process.

The mental health system isn't failing patients because clinicians lack skill. It's failing because the systems they work inside force shortcuts. Zenara Health exists to change that. Founded by Dr. Ravi Hariprasad — psychiatrist, engineer, and system-builder with 20+ years in practice — Zenara was built inside a working psychiatric practice over a decade of measurement-based care, not in a lab. What we build Zenara Assist is a clinical sidecar for modern psychiatry that runs alongside your existing EHR across three modules: 1. Assess Whole-person, biopsychosocial intake with CPT-aligned documentation, ready to bill and treat from 2. Monitor Automated outcomes tracking that makes measurement-based care a default, not a side project 3. Care Between-visit coordination that keeps patients connected and supports sustainable billing. We believe: The best tools in medicine disappear. Documentation, coordination, measurement, billing — these should feel almost invisible. Eyes up, hands free, present. AI should prepare clinicians, not replace them. Our vision: A world where high-quality mental healthcare reaches entire communities — because the people delivering it are finally supported by systems that work for them.
