Founded by Dr. Ravi Hariprasad — psychiatrist, engineer, and system-builder with 20+ years in practice — Zenara was built inside a working psychiatric practice over a decade of measurement-based care, not in a lab. What we build Zenara Assist is a clinical sidecar for modern psychiatry that runs alongside your existing EHR across three modules: 1. Assess Whole-person, biopsychosocial intake with CPT-aligned documentation, ready to bill and treat from 2. Monitor Automated outcomes tracking that makes measurement-based care a default, not a side project 3. Care Between-visit coordination that keeps patients connected and supports sustainable billing.
