Job Description
As Global Procurement Data & Insights Manager, you'll own the procurement data and analytics agenda — defining governance frameworks, KPI standards, and self-service reporting capabilities that drive fact-based decision-making across a complex global organisation. Reporting to the Procurement Excellence Director, you'll act as Procurement's business owner for data, partnering closely with IT to connect and harmonise data across ERP and procurement platforms. What you'll be doing:
- Design and implement the global procurement data governance framework, including data quality standards, KPI definitions, and master data rules across systems including SAP/S4HANA
- Define and maintain a global KPI dictionary and ensure consistent usage across functions, regions, and leadership reporting
- Build and deliver a centralised Procurement reporting suite, implementing self-service BI capabilities with clear guardrails and training
- Develop predictive analytics use cases - spend forecasting, Total cost of ownership simulations and risk early warning - using tools such as R or Python
- Partner with IT to define data architecture, harmonisation rules, and integration requirements across procurement tools
- Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, data literacy building, and continuous improvement of reporting quality
