Job Description

As Global Procurement Transformation & Capability Manager, you'll own the procurement-wide transformation and capability agenda  - setting direction, designing programmes, and driving adoption across a complex, global matrix organisation. Reporting to the Procurement Excellence Director, you'll translate strategic priorities into scalable frameworks, playbooks, and learning pathways that strengthen how procurement operates across regions. This is a role for someone who combines programme leadership with a sharp change management instinct — equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to drive execution. You'll partner closely with procurement leadership, regional teams, and functions like Finance, IT, and HR to deliver measurable outcomes. If you thrive in fast-moving, international environments and love making complex organisations work better, this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and drive the global procurement transformation roadmap — leading change programmes that improve ways of working, governance, and process clarity across regions
  • Design and deliver global capability programmes, including learning pathways, competency frameworks, and onboarding standards for the procurement function
  • Lead digital enablement initiatives — defining business needs, driving adoption of new tools, and strengthening procurement data and performance management
  • Develop and maintain Procurement policy and compliance training, coordinating global roll-out and tracking adoption across regions
  • Lead change management and communications plans for transformation initiatives, including M&A integration assessments involving Procurement
  • Define KPI frameworks and benefits realisation tracking, preparing executive-ready updates for leadership

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix organisation
  • Experience designing and delivering training programmes, playbooks, and structured change management plans
  • Exposure to digital enablement, data-driven improvement, and partnering with IT or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (MBA, Organisational Change, or similar)
