Change Management Expert - 6-Month Engagement

Location: KSA.
Years of Experience: 6+ years.
Project Duration: 6 months.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Starting Date: as soon as possible.

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Expert to support a digital transformation engagement by driving organizational change and digital adoption initiatives. The role will focus on planning and executing change management activities, increasing user adoption of new technologies and processes, and ensuring successful implementation of transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded change management background with proven experience in digital adoption programs.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience.
• Proven experience in change management.
• Proven experience in supporting digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital adoption.
• Valid Saudi Iqama or Saudi Nationality.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in developing and executing change management strategies to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive digital adoption by promoting user engagement and successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Support in conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Develop communication, engagement, and change adoption plans.
• Support training planning, user enablement, and change-related awareness activities.
• Monitor adoption metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
• Identify change risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
• Prepare change management reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Provide guidance and support to business leaders throughout the change journey.
