About the Role :
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Business Development professional to support the growth of our Occupier Services business in north India. The role will focus on identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with corporate occupiers, GCCs, startups, multinational corporations, and decision-makers responsible for real estate and workplace strategy.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consultative sales, tele-sales, inside sales, or business development and be comfortable interacting with senior executives including CXOs, founders, HR leaders, administration heads, and real estate decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and engage prospective occupiers through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
Generate qualified meetings for the transaction teams.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across NCR and other key markets.
Conduct research on companies, occupiers, GCCs, and expansion plans.
Prepare presentations & initial pitches as part of business development process
- Relationship Management
Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Administration Heads, Procurement Leaders, and Corporate Real Estate teams.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing contacts.
Manage client interactions professionally and represent the Colliers brand effectively.
- Market Intelligence
Track occupier expansion plans, hiring activity, fundraising announcements, and business growth indicators.
Support the team with market intelligence and prospect databases.
- CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities in CRM.
Track conversion metrics and business development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience : 2–8 years of experience in Tele-sales, Inside sales, Business development, Corporate sales, Premium customer acquisition, Relationship management
- Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Comfortable making 50–80 outbound calls per day, Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, Ability to engage senior decision-makers confidently, Strong LinkedIn outreach and networking skills, High energy, resilient, and target-oriented, Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
- Preferred Background
Candidates who have sold premium or high-value services/products to affluent customers, business owners, or corporate clients will be preferred.
