Role overview

Remote Recruitment is looking for an Executive Admin Assistant to support a senior UK leader as part of a fully remote team. You will be the right hand that keeps diaries, inboxes and projects running smoothly. This is a 100% remote position for experienced South African talent, working UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time / 11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and resolve clashes
  • Triage and respond to emails on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare documents, agendas and meeting notes
  • Coordinate travel, bookings and expense tracking
  • Keep projects on track and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

What you'll need

  • Experience supporting senior managers or executives
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A quiet home workspace with reliable internet
