As a Talent Resourcer, you will play an important part in helping our team connect clients with the right people. This role is centered on proactive sourcing, pipeline building, and close collaboration with recruiters and consultants, with a focus on identifying candidates who align with the needs of international hiring projects.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify high-quality candidates for roles.
  • Build talent pipelines.
  • Support recruiters and consultants.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a resourcer or sourcer within a recruitment agency.
  • Experience sourcing candidates internationally or across multiple countries, including in high-volume remote hiring environments.
  • Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
  • Experience partnering effectively with recruiters and consultants throughout the hiring process.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • A home office setup with reliable internet and a personal laptop.
