Job Description
Incident & Ticket Management
- Follows incident management procedures.
- Logs or documents all customer requests/incidents/inquiries (via all communication channels).
- Identifies and logs correctly the customer contact details.
- Creates & escalates ticket to 2nd level.
- End-to-end ticket tracking and follow up.
- Troubleshoots & diagnoses all issues.
- Assists the customer in collecting the required system data and logs.
Technical Support & Operations
- Performs and documents remote support sessions following the procedure.
- Sets up and maintains laboratory equipment.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Knowledge Sharing & Team Support
- Shares knowledge and offers support to other colleagues.
- Trains colleagues based on the knowledge acquired from trainings delivered by 2nd-level support teams or Business Units in other locations.
- Acts as a back-up for other colleagues when needed.
- Contributes to knowledge base articles.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Escalates existing/potential complaints to team leaders or OPM (Order Process Management).
- Is aware of the project KPI’s and contributes in fulfilling them.
- Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company.
General Responsibilities
- Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by the direct superior.
Qualifications
Language Skills
- English (another known language is a plus).
Technical Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in installing and/or integrating technical security equipment, to include intrusion and fire detection, access control, audio and video systems.
- Networking knowledge.
- Working knowledge and/or experience with analog systems, electricity, alarms and with IT based security integration equipment.
- Good command of MS Office package.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the systems.
- Fast understanding of technical problems.

- High level of customer and service orientation, communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a range of people.
