This Role
Responsible for preparing accurate regulatory reporting outputs, validating data, maintaining audit-ready documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting process improvements within a controlled operating model.
What You Will Do
- You’ll prepare and complete regulatory reporting outputs for allocated clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with procedures and requirements.
- You’ll validate and reconcile data from internal teams, clients, and third parties, performing checks to identify discrepancies, exceptions, or missing information.
- You’ll maintain documentation by keeping accurate workpapers, supporting evidence, and records to ensure audit readiness and adherence to control standards.
- You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments and locations, escalating issues promptly, and supporting onboarding, reporting calendars, and workflow updates.
- You’ll contribute to improvements by enhancing procedures, templates, and workflows, participating in training, and supporting continuous development of team capability.

Qualifications
About You
- You have experience working to strict deadlines, producing accurate deliverables, and managing multiple tasks in a controlled environment.
- You bring expertise in handling data, performing reconciliations, and executing process‑driven tasks with strong attention to detail.
- You offer preferred knowledge with exposure to AIFMD Annex IV or similar regulatory reporting frameworks, and experience in financial services, fund administration, depositary, or compliance operations.
- You demonstrate technical capability by working with workflow tools, reporting systems, and process tracking platforms, supported by a degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
- You embody key behaviours such as collaboration, accountability, sound decision‑making, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to quality and control.
