THIS ROLE
A senior-level corporate secretarial role responsible for managing complex governance and corporate activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-quality client service within the Private Client team
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You’ll manage complex corporate secretarial matters, including refinancing arrangements, constitutional amendments, and re-domiciliations, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- You’ll review and approve corporate documentation and filings, while coordinating board and committee meetings, including preparing board packs and drafting accurate minutes
- You’ll oversee key corporate actions and transactions such as share issuances, distributions, structural changes, and full entity lifecycle activities including onboarding, migrations, and closures
- You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including board members, regulators, and external advisors, while supporting governance frameworks and risk management (AML/CFT)
- You’ll provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a strong understanding of Isle of Man regulatory requirements, including beneficial ownership legislation

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to build effective relationships
- You have the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving team and client expectations
- You possess good IT systems knowledge, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- You bring excellent administrative capabilities, with high levels of accuracy, efficiency, diligence, and attention to detail in all tasks
- You have several years of experience in the Trust & Corporate industry, with an understanding of AML and compliance requirements, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and development
