An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Geelong operation. This role offers full responsibility for a well-established building products manufacturing and distribution business servicing the residential, commercial, and construction sectors.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of the branch, including safety, sales, manufacturing, customer service, and financial performance. This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact on business growth, operational excellence, and team development.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team while ensuring the branch operates safely, efficiently, and profitably. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering outstanding operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
