Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor for one of our partners, an industry leader in Insurance and Financial Services Sector!
Objective:
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor oversees the recruitment function, ensuring alignment between hiring needs and business goals. The role leads the recruitment team, sets performance standards, and designs workforce planning and sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach the recruitment team.
- Set KPIs and evaluate performance.
- Fully responsible for the on-boarding process of new hires.
- Develop employer branding plan to enhance the Insurance's presence as an employer in the market including on campus activities.
- Organize programs for university students and new graduates to increase the Insurance employer brand awareness, such as the sales program for graduates or summer internship programs.
- Full responsibility for the technical development of the talent acquisition team.
- Continuously work on enhancing the selection process.
- Build a strong relationship with universities’ career centers, student unions, etc.
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs.
- Oversee manpower planning and recruitment budgets.
- Represent the company at recruitment events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 – 7 years of experience, 3 in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Expertise in ATS and HR analytics tools.
