We are seeking a Recruiting Advisor to help attract, evaluate, onboard, and support high-quality driver partners across our growing markets.

Position Summary

The Recruiting Advisor plays a critical role in growing and maintaining AUZO's driver network. This position is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, guiding applicants through the onboarding process, and ensuring new drivers meet AUZO's standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and passionate about building strong relationships while maintaining a high-volume recruiting pipeline. You will report directly to the Director of Driver Operations and assist in talent workflow and day to day processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Source and identify qualified driver candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.

• Assist in managing recruiting pipelines and maintain accurate candidate records.

• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews.

• Evaluate candidates based on experience, professionalism, communication skills, and customer service aptitude.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.

Driver Onboarding

• Guide candidates through the onboarding process from application to activation.

• Verify required documentation and qualifications.

• Assist in coordinating background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, and compliance requirements.

• Ensure drivers complete all required training and certification programs.

• Support new drivers during their first assignments and initial engagement period.

Relationship Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for prospective drivers.

• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Address applicant questions and provide timely follow-up communications.

• Gather candidate feedback and recommend process improvements.

Workforce Planning & Retention

• Partner with operations leadership to identify staffing needs and recruiting priorities.

• Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring goals, and onboarding performance.

• Support driver engagement and retention initiatives.

• Help identify opportunities to improve driver satisfaction and overall experience.

QualificationsRequired

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer success, or related experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting independent contractors, drivers, field service personnel, or gig-economy workers.

• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, automotive, or mobility industries.

• Experience supporting remote or nationwide recruiting efforts.

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
