About the role
We are looking for a motivated student to support our procurement department.
Key Responsibilities
- Administratieve taken gelinkt aan ISO 27001
- Verzenden van vragenlijst naar leveranciers, antwoorden opvolgen en documenteren
- Beheer basisdata ( start, stop, opzeg ) contracten
- NDA nakijken en aanvullen in een register
- Algemene ondersteuning bij het aanpassen van documenten
- Aanmaken van templates
- On site presence in Lokeren
Qualifications
- Je kan zeer nauwkeurig werken
- Minimumleeftijd 18 jaar
- Student bachelor of master handelsingenieur, rechten, ICT of gelijkwaardig
- Je bent minstens 4 weken bij voorkeur 6 weken beschikbaar , start vanaf augustus
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
- Plaats tewerkstelling : Lokeren
- Daguren
