Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Reception Team member to join our organization in Bristol, United Kingdom. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth process for all guests
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and accurately
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
- Stay informed about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
- Be flexible in your working patterns, shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends.
