Job Description

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support end‑to‑end engineering activities for data center construction, from design through commissioning.
  • Coordinate with M&E consultants and contractors to ensure all engineering deliverables meet project requirements and design intent.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submissions for mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Technical Expertise

  • Provide subject matter expertise in mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled water, CRAC/CRAH, fire suppression) or electrical systems (MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, grounding, lighting, BMS/EPMS).
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot engineering issues, proposing corrective solutions when needed.
  • Support testing & commissioning (T&C) activities and verify system performance against design criteria.

Project Management Support

  • Assist the Project Manager in tracking schedules, milestones, risks, and work progress.
  • Verify contractor claims, variation orders, and support cost control activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, site reports, and change records.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure all mechanical/electrical works comply with local Thai codes, environmental regulations, safety requirements, and global data center standards.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure high workmanship quality across all trades.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of engineering experience in data centers, mission‑critical facilities, industrial plants, or large commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems integration and construction sequencing.
  • Experience with contract management, design reviews, and consultant/contractor coordination.
  • Familiarity with international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Ability to work on-site at the Thailand project location.
