Verantwortung für die strategische Entwicklung der ausgewählten Lieferanten im gruppenweiten Lieferanten-Portfolio-Management
Hauptverantwortung für Warengruppen im Bereich Elektronik, Kunststoff und indirekte Beschaffungsgüter
Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von Investitionsgütern und Mithilfe in Infrastrukturprojekten
Evaluation und Betreuung von nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten inkl. Preis und Vertragsverhandlungen
Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit in enger Abstimmung mit der Supply Chain Planung
Mitwirkung in Produktentwicklungs-Prozessen als verantwortlicher Einkauf inkl. NPI Prozess
Mitarbeit in crossfunktionalen Teams wie Entwicklung, Produktion und Marketing
Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse
Einhalten von Prozessen, Governance und Compliance
Qualifikationen
Hochschulabschluss (Stufe Universität oder FH/HF)
Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain / Procurement oder vergleichbarer Erfahrungsnachweis
Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Elektronik Komponenten (bestückte Leiterplatten; PCBA)
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
Gute SAP-Kenntnisse
Projektleitungserfahrung in komplexen Beschaffungsprojekten
Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Affinität zur Datenanalyse & datenbasierte Entscheidungen
Reisebereitschaft für Lieferantenbesuche weltweit
Kommunikative, teamorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Sozialkompetenz
