Your Mission

We are looking for a technical Integrations Specialist to join our fast-growing Operations team in Mexico. Reporting to our Solution and Integrations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our clients (merchants and partners) throughout the technical process of their onboarding to the company's SaaS platform. The person in this role will manage on-going integration projects involving different departments and teams, representing the client's interests in the company.

A successful candidate communicate with customers and team members proactively, address clients’ needs, acting with a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities

- Support new and existing clients with Nuvei platform integrations.

- Manage on-going integration projects involving different internal departments and teams.

- Representing clients' interests in the company.

- Tracking the events until cases are resolved, contacting the relevant factors in the organization when needed.

- Assist clients with sandbox development.

- Understand and communicate complex technical specifications & API’s.

Requirements

· At least 3 years of experience with supporting international companies and client with Hi-Tech products.

· At least 2 years of experience with popular communication protocols (client-server, server-to-server) - IP, HTTP, etc

· Knowledge and experience with online payment methods

· Ability to quickly analyze technical problems and identify the problem's root cause.

· Knowledge of JSON, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS is required

· Working experience with web-based programming languages & data formatting (Python, Java SE, PHP, SQL) is desired

· Fluent English.

· Team player

· Strong in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
