Your Mission:

We are looking for a mid-level Salesforce Developer to join the Business Automation team. The role focuses on building scalable solutions, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and enhancing Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Operations, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flow
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and automation logic
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, Power Platform, etc.)
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders (Sales Ops, Finance, Support, etc.)
• Optimize system performance, handle technical debt, and improve existing automations
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and best practices

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, automation tools, and security model
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Service Cloud / Email-to-Case
• Exposure to Power Automate or other automation tools
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification
