Key Responsibilities
đŒÂ What Youâll DoÂ
As a key member of our Customer Service team, youâll:Â
- Respond to inquiries related to insurance policies and coverageÂ
- Resolve moderately complex issues with empathy and professionalismÂ
- Interpret policy details and make informed decisions within defined authority limitsÂ
- Communicate across multiple platforms while navigating internal systemsÂ
- Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases when neededÂ
- Collaborate with departments like Claims, Underwriting, and Policy SupportÂ
- Identify trends and suggest process improvementsÂ
- Stay up to date on compliance, legal requirements, and product updatesÂ
Requirements
đŻÂ What Weâre Looking ForÂ
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)Â
- Fluent English Â
- 1â3 years of customer service experience Â
- Call Center experience highly desirableÂ
- Strong computer skills and ability to work across systemsÂ
- Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday onlyÂ
