Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2 years in College with no back subjects
- Candidates must hold an active FINRA Series 6, 7, or 26 license
- At least B1 level English proficiency
- Must be willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist clients with their accounts, investment products, and transactions.
- Adheres to financial industry laws and internal company policies, ensuring that all provided advice and information comply with FINRA and SEC standards.
- Investigates and troubleshoot account issues, billing discrepancies, and complaints to reach timely resolutions.
- Educates customers on various financial solutions, investment offerings, and account services while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
