Job Description
As an Executive within our Fund Administration team, you will support the delivery of corporate secretarial and administrative services across a portfolio of fund structures. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks, build client relationships, and ensure all deliverables are accurate, compliant, and completed on time—while developing your technical expertise and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Do
- You’ll support the delivery of corporate secretarial and fund administration activities, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with internal quality standards
- You’ll maintain and update work in planning systems, follow established processes, and escalate any issues or delays to senior team members where required
- You’ll assist in managing client interactions, responding to routine queries, and ensuring a high level of service while supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters
- You’ll contribute to team efficiency by supporting process improvements, following best practices, and ensuring all client deliverables meet compliance and regulatory standards
- You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues, support junior onboarding where required, maintain accurate records, and proactively flag any client or service issues

Qualifications
About You
- You hold a relevant degree or are partly qualified ICSA (or equivalent), and you’re keen to build a career in fund administration and corporate secretarial services
- You have experience in a similar role within fund administration, corporate services, or financial services
- You have a basic understanding of corporate law and governance frameworks, and you’re motivated to grow your technical knowledge
- You are organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- You are a collaborative team player, comfortable using MS Office tools (and ideally Microgen), with strong communication skills in English
