Job Description

THIS ROLE

A client-focused fund administration role responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing key operational activities, and supporting team development within a collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

  • You’ll promote a strong client service culture by upholding group values, ensuring operational efficiency, and representing the brand to a high standard
  • You’ll build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and senior management to deliver high-quality client outcomes
  • You’ll oversee fund administration activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks such as corporate actions, payments, and financial documentation
  • You’ll provide guidance and support to junior staff, assisting with daily administration tasks and resolving complex technical queries
  • You’ll communicate proactively with management, providing clear feedback on client matters and team performance to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a relevant professional qualification or are working towards one (e.g., CGI), demonstrating commitment to career development
  • You have strong knowledge of the Guernsey finance industry, supported by prior fund administration experience
  • You have a proven commitment to delivering high-quality client service, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have solid IT proficiency, along with strong organisational and analytical abilities to manage tasks effectively
  • You have experience supporting and mentoring junior administration or accounting team members, contributing to team development
