Job Description
The Knowledge Management Expert will support large-scale transformation initiatives by driving the client’s knowledge management strategy and learning culture across HQ and multiple international markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and evolving the Knowledge Management strategy with business stakeholders
- Promoting modern learning approaches (microlearning, continuous learning)
- Ensuring capture, structuring, and scalability of business knowledge
- Supporting the rollout of KM operating models and standardized methodologies
- Managing and engaging stakeholders across teams and markets
- Governing content creation, quality, and consistency
- Overseeing learning platform adoption, usage, and evolution
- Acting as a key advisor to ensure knowledge is effectively created, shared, and applied across the organization
Qualifications
- Mid-level professional with experience in Knowledge Management, Learning Transformation, Change Management, or similar
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead workshops and drive alignment autonomously
- Experience with learning platforms or digital tools in corporate environments
- Solid project management skills with end-to-end delivery ownership
- Highly organized, structured, and able to work in complex environments
- High level of autonomy and problem-solving mindset
