The SC Regional FP&A Manager – AMEA is responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across the regional supply chain organization. The role partners closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to provide actionable insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency. It leads budgeting, forecasting, cost governance, and productivity tracking while ensuring financial discipline across the supply chain. The position plays a key role in identifying cost optimization opportunities and supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making. Ultimately, this role helps strengthen financial transparency and deliver sustainable value across the AMEA region.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Strong Supply Chain Finance Expertise – Proven experience in FP&A, cost accounting, and operational finance with deep understanding of manufacturing costs, standard costing, BOMs, material variances, inventory valuation, productivity tracking, and capex management.
  • Relevant Industry Experience – 10+ years of experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or other high-volume manufacturing environments, with exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and S&OP.
  • Advanced Analytical & Digital Skills – Strong capabilities in financial modelling, scenario planning, variance analysis, and business analytics, coupled with hands-on expertise in SAP, Power BI, advanced Excel, and reporting automation tools.
  • Influential Business Partnering – Ability to collaborate effectively with senior Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders, challenge constructively, influence decision-making, and translate complex operational data into actionable business insights.
  • Strategic Leadership & Continuous Improvement Mindset – Demonstrated ability to drive financial governance, identify cost optimization opportunities, navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and lead initiatives that improve
