Job Description
• Develop and execute field sales activities to support business objectives. •
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the market
. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
. • Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and product presentations.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Monitor sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and marketing for smooth order execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Basic understanding of manufacturing products and processes.
● Ability to build client relationships and generate leads.
● Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
