PL/SQL Developer Expert w/.NET

Job Description

Within an IT team of six persons (Developers and Business Analysts) the mission consists in ensuring the developments (new and evolutions) and the support of the application.
Database (Oracle PL-SQL) developer with more than 9 years of experience.

A strong interest in SQL is required (Performance / SQL Code and complex queries). Knowledge in C # / .NET
A rise in skills in the Big Data perimeter is also possible.

The mission consists on:

• Understanding of needs (ability to have a critical vision and to be proactive)
• Design and development of applications
• Tests
• Application support
• On-call activities

Technical environment :

• SQL (PL-SQL Oracle)
• C # and framework 4.5
• Batch (C #, Tasks) scheduled by Control-M
• Web (Asp.Net MVC, Web API, Angular 6)
• Web Service (WCF)
• Heavy client (WPF)
• BigData (Hadoop, SQOOP, Spark, Sol'R)

Qualifications

Other requirements/skills:

• Fluency in English – minimum B2 mandatory;
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with code versioning, CI/CD tools and TDD;
• Good communication skills, innovative thinking and proactive attitude;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• French is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Financial knowledge is highly valued.
