Job Description
Main purpose of the role
A Project Closeout and Compliance Lead in construction oversees the final phase of a project,
managing the transition from construction to handover. They drive regulatory compliance,
quality control, and secure all final documentation, ensuring seamless project completion. This
requires a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and strong stakeholder
management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
● Manage, track and maintain the Environmental and Building Permits Compliance matrix
● Ensure all staff compliance is met and in place for the team
● Ensure all Danish compliance requirements are met for the project
● Ensure all communications follows the strict confidentiality agreements in place
● Manage and lead the closeout of the project
● Ensure all Warranty information is tracked and reported on in a complex large Data
Center project
● Ensure all closeout requirements are met and documentation is transferred to the
internal client tools and systems
● Manage and turnover all documentation to the Operations teams
● Excellent reporting and communication skills, creating presentations and reports on
progress
● Collaborate with all applicable stakeholders
● Host and lead meetings between project stakeholders
● Manage the interfaces with change control during construction between design and
construction teams
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Typically 5+ years of experience in project management or construction supervision,
specifically focused on the closeout phase.
● 5 years focused Data Centre construction experience
● 5 days a week on the construction site
● Fluent English language skills
● Must have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and
projects when required.
● Strong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills, ability to
multi-task.
● Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strict attention to detail, and proven negotiation
skills
Preferred experience could also include:
● Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations,
and zoning laws
