Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the non-engineering business and administrative functions of the entity, including financial coordination, budget and P&L control, procurement, compliance, audit coordination, IT and facility administration, and cross-functional business activities to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily business and administrative activities for the entity
- Manage entity-level spending, budget tracking, and P&L coordination
- Manage PR/PO processes, approvals, vendor coordination, and cost control activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, governance requirements, and internal procedures. Coordinate and manage non-technical audits including financial, ISO, safety, 5S, ECR, and other compliance-related audits
- Act as primary liaison between entity and corporate functions including Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, Production, and other stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional activities, issue escalation, and problem resolution
- Oversee administrative, facility, IT coordination, and entity support functions
- Maintain trackers, reports, records, and business documentation
- Ensure smooth execution of all non-engineering and business management matters within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business administration/ governance/account/finance and/or management roles
- Experience handling budget tracking, P&L coordination, procurement, and financial control activities
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Good problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good to have knowledge of quality systems, governance practices, and internal control processes
