Senior Facilities Manager

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a premier property management company based in Dubai, focusing on excellence in quality and service delivery. We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Facilities Manager to lead our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management, with a passion for optimizing property operations and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

In this role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of our facilities services to ensure compliance with all operational standards and regulations. You will lead a team of facilities staff and work closely with other departments to ensure that our properties operate efficiently and meet the highest standards of safety and comfort.

As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and cultivating strong client relationships to align facilities strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of facility management principles, services operations, and best practices.
• Proven track record in managing large facilities and overseeing maintenance activities.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
• A valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
