Job Description
Leads Maintenance Management org unit
- Manages and supervises the Maintenance Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Maintenance Management
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Maintenance Management
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change Management and personal growth
Functional accountability for Maintenance Management on plant level
- Ensures a standardized approach and implementation of LTPM, Maintenance process and system within the plant including implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned Maintenance for production equipment and facility equipment within the plant
- Ensures installation and movement of equipment and re-qualification of equipment and tools
- Ensures Maintenance for utilities, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting etc. internal or by external suppliers, according to requirements (standards)
- Ensures Maintenance of firefighting and fire prevention equipment
- Ensure maintainance security camera systems
- Ensures monitoring, analysis and improvement of process performance and supports the inventory reduction of spare and wear parts
Qualifications
- University Degree in a technical field
- Min 7 years of experience in Maintenance with a minimum of 3 years in Leadership position
- Fluent Frensh and English B2
- Knowledge in equipment maintenance and repair, preventive/predictive maintenance, machine operations and tools, performance improvement (CAPA, SMED, process validation), troubleshooting and planning, MES and reporting tools .
